UV Books Return & Refund Policy
At UV Books, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date you received your order if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item / wrong title
- The item has printing errors or quality issues
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind once the order has been successfully delivered.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- All free gifts, bundles, or promotional items must be returned (if applicable)
- Provide proof of purchase (order number / receipt)
3. Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Unboxing video (if available) to support verification
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 working days.
If approved, we will provide:
A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- A refund (credited back to your original payment method)
Return shipping fees for damaged/incorrect items will be covered by UV Books.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Items not returned in original condition
- Items past the 7-day return period
- Sale / clearance items (unless damaged)
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
