1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All states within Malaysia
  • Singapore

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Johor, Malaysia.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Within Malaysia

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after the order is shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier conditions.

To Singapore

  • Estimated delivery: Approximately 7 working days after the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight/size of items
  • Current courier rates

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on our store.

5. Tracking Information

All shipments come with tracking numbers.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the parcel is dispatched.
  • You may track your order through the courier’s official website or tracking portal.

6. Undelivered / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcel

The customer will be responsible for re-delivery fees.
Refunds for returned parcels (if applicable) will exclude shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.

We will arrange for:

  • Replacement, OR
  • Refund (depending on the situation and item availability)

Singapore customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties (if applicable).
Most book orders usually fall below taxable thresholds, but fees may vary based on customs regulations.
